Countdown to Christmas!
Evening all! So with only 10 school days left until the end of 2014 it is time to remind everyone of the deadlines set for the end of term and to make sure everyone is on track with the coursework element of their studies! Just in case you have forgotten:
Year 9 - You should have begun your camera shot and mise-en-scene portfolios. Remember you can use a mixture of photographs and hand drawn examples but a written explanation must accompany each choice of shot and location.
Year 10 - You too should be beginning your portfolio work. The winner of the storyboard competition from Miss P's lesson last week will be unveiled on Media@Montsaye on Monday!
Year 11 - Your 3rd coursework piece (four pages of your magazine/music video/website) is due in on the 16th so make sure you bring everything you need to class this week. Project champions will be decided this week and they will lead small groups in lesson time to drive everyone forward towards the end of term in a positive manner, you can do it!
Year 12 - How are those photo shoots going? Remember to evidence all your planning (photos of you taking your photos) and have the mock up pages ready to be tested on your target audience this Friday!
Year 13 - In between UCAS applications and all your Christmas shopping, I hope you have left time to update your blogs with completed research and planning? If you still have evidence to add please do it ASAP as current research marks will be entered on Wednesday afternoon!
